SocioSky is a travel itinerary marketplace that enables:
- Travelers to discover, customize, and book real travel itineraries created by verified creators
- Creators to publish, monetize, and share their travel itineraries with a global audience
- Bookable Experiences including accommodations, transport, dining, and activities through integrated third-party providers
SocioSky acts as a marketplace platform connecting travelers with creators and service providers. We are not a travel agency and do not directly provide travel services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Creator Terms
If you publish itineraries on SocioSky as a creator, you:
- Represent that all content is based on your actual travel experiences
- Grant SocioSky a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your itineraries on the platform
- Agree to our revenue sharing model as communicated during onboarding
- Ensure your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
- Are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your itineraries
5. Bookings and Payments
- All prices are displayed in the local currency of the itinerary or as indicated
- Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability with third-party providers
- SocioSky is not liable for third-party service provider failures or changes
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies vary by itinerary and service provider
- Refund eligibility depends on the specific booking terms
- SocioSky platform fees may be non-refundable
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days
Detailed cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
- Interfere with the platform's functionality or other users' experience
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, logos, and software on SocioSky are the property of SocioSky Tech or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our platform
User-generated content (itineraries, reviews, etc.) remains owned by the creator but is licensed to SocioSky as described in Section 4.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SocioSky is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party vendors
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocioSky, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of SocioSky after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
